Half-brothers, Kasiappan and Muthupandi, share a great bonding. Kasiappan wants his daughter to deliver his grandchild in his own home. Muthupandi has some land, and he decides to give it to his brother. Kasiappan says that land is Muthupandi's, and he will build a house in the land so that they all could live together as a joint family. Karuppan, who had worked under Muthupandi, steams some issues between the families. What did the brothers do? Did they fight or find out the web spun between them? The rest of the film deals with this.
All the stars had done their roles quite decently. Cheran and Saravanan played a strong role, and they did their part neatly. Gautham and Shivathmika fit well in their roles.
The story and the screenplay are quite okay. The entire film speaks about the bonding between the elder brothers and the enmity developed by the younger brothers. Gautham and Shivathmika's track seems to take the story slightly away from its path. Certain scenes seem illogical and had been purposely inserted to set an emotional base for the following scenes. But it didn't work out. The music is good, and the visuals are neat.
What's Not There?
Nandha Periyasamy tried his best to bring an emotional story with a good family set up as the base. But, he hadn't accomplished his task successfully. Although there are a few loopholes, the film is watchable once!
