Plot
Venkidi is a differently abled person with hearing impairment. His dream is to design an aircraft. When everyone made fun of him, Janaki, his lady love supports him. When Janaki takes initiatives to help him achieve his dreams, an incident happens. It completely changes their lives. What happened to Venkidi? Did he design an aircraft? Watch the film in theaters.
Star Performance
Prithviraj has worked out a lot for this film. He has shed all his weight to look like a teenager. He appears in two different getups; one as a young boy and the other as an elderly scientist. Prithvi’s elderly role is good than that of the youth role. Durga Krishna has played her part well. Alencier performance needs a special mention.
Analysis
Pradeep has brought a different script to Mollywood. Although the film is inspired by the real-life story, the way he has shot is appreciable. The scenes that involve the aircraft taking off and crashing had been shot neatly. The second half has more romance than the making of Vimanam.

Verdict
Pradeep, the debutant has done a great job and he is definitely a welcome talent to Mollywood. Similarly, performances of the lead stars impress the audiences. Vimanam is neat and could be watched once.
