Plot
Muthu and Karthi are cousins. Muthu is a hard worker who carries wood from the hills via rocky lanes. Muthu and Karthi are estranged. Karthi, the engineering student, and Tony are rivals. Both of them are involved in the mud races. What happens when Muthu locks horns with them? The rest of the story deals with this.

The stars have given a decent performance.
Analysis
This is yet another story based on local sports and the illegal wood business. The characters are not appropriately depicted, and many are shown in the negative shade. Yet, the debutant director should be appreciated for his efforts. The cinematography and editing are neat. The visuals are attractive and the mud racing scenes are flawlessly captured. Similarly, the racing scenes are choreographed well. The BGM is average.

Muddy would have been interesting if the characters had been penned better. However, the stars' performance and the race-choreography are decent enough to watch the movie once!
