Plot
Sahadevan is a temporary government employee. He dreams to get married to the girl of his dreams. But, after his marriage, his wife, Nayana, doesn’t show any interest in him. Soon, she made false complaints against him, including dowry and domestic abuse. Why did she do so? Was Sahadevan able to solve all the issues? The rest of the film showcases these.
Star Performance
Asif Ali has given a subtle performance. He is neat in his boy-next-door role, as usual. Anand Manmadhan and Azees Nedumangad did justice to the given roles. Jagadish, Sidharth Bharathan, and Harisree Ashokan are okay in their roles.
Analysis
The script is decent. But, the screenplay lacks strong narration. The story showcases marital problems, domestic violence and dowry issues in society. Although they are shown well, the story has flaws in its narrative. Although Jagadish, Sidharth Bharathan, and Harisree Ashokan have performed well, they are just used limitedly. The film doesn’t try to showcase that women are wrong but showcases that not all have the right intentions. It also shows how some men are victimized and how the laws, which are supposed to protect women, harm men. The film has good production and technical values.
