‘Daaku Maharaaj’ To Stream On This OTT Platform

After a whirlwind ride at the box office, ‘Daaku Maharaaj’ has finally secured an OTT platform.

According to the recent reports, the vigilante action drama directed by Bobby Kolli will be streaming on the OTT giant ‘Netflix’ from February 21 onwards. The movie is centered around Sitaram, an IES officer who is forced to turn into a dacoit to avenge the wrongdoings done by Balwant Singh Thakur, a corrupt businessman played by Bobby Deol. Interestingly, this was Bobby’ second Telugu movie overall, his debut movie being ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’, where he would play the role of Mughal tyrant Aurangzeb. However, due to multiple delays, the movie has been delayed until Navratri, i.e. March 2025, making ‘Daaku Maharaaj’ his Telugu debut.

‘Daaku Maharaaj’ earned an impressive total of 120 crores worldwide, over a budget of 85 crores. This is Nandamuri Balakrishna’s fourth consecutive 100 crore grossing movie since ‘Akhanda’, which broke his streak of flop movies in 2021.
