Why Kamal Is Away From Shankar’s 2.0?

Kamal Haasan, the Universal hero, is busy shooting his latest trilingual film, “Sabaash Naidu” in the US. The film has Shruti Haasan and Ramya Krishnan in the lead roles along with Kamal. “Brahmanandam” plays the comedy part and Akshara Haasan assists director Rajeev Kumar. Coming to “S Shankar” movie, Kamal has never committed doing the humanoid robot movie with Shankar. With the photo shoot, the film “Enthiran” with Kamal and Preity Zinta was dropped. How could a person expect Kamal to play a villain to “Rajinikanth” in the sequel, “2.0?” It was earlier rumored that Kamal denied playing the antagonist to Rajini and then the offer was passed on to Akshay Kumar. Kamal opens about his refusal to do the film. Kamal says that he and his best friend Rajini have decided to part their ways in the movies, after doing a series of hit movies. They have planned to reunite, only if the film is produced by either one of them. This is the genuine reason for Kamal’s refusal.
