, playing an aspiring actor waiting for a break in filmdom. He is getting a break in this film with Karunakaran as director and Nandita as the heroine.
The movie within a movie is interesting, and Sathish said in an interview with a leading film website, that no one had ridiculed the film with trolls or memes and this itself was something big. About Radha Mohan, he found him to be a chilled out a person with humour and who extracted work very casually from the actors. Mayilsamy was full of fun and wisecracks.
Chaams has a serious face, but his sheer screen presence did another trick. Comedy scenes involve a lot of natural spontaneities and the comedy in Uppu Karuvadu has come out well. His role in the film required him to be himself. For the commercial flavour, he took inspiration from Suriya, whom he admires a lot. Sathish’s next project as an actor will be Gautham Menon’s Achcham Yenbathu Madamaiyada with Simbu.
On the choreography front, he is doing all the songs for Kabali.
