,” contested in RK Nagar by-poll as an independent candidate. He was allotted Cooker symbol and in the election, he won the MLA seat. Now, he had launched a party, Amma Makkal Munnetra Kazhagam. But, the Supreme Court opined that they would not suggest Cooker for TTV Dhinakaran and the Election Commission would decide it further.
Besides this, the Supreme Court stated that the Twin Leaf symbol case that had been going on in Delhi High Court should be finished within four weeks. TTV was initially accused of bribing to get the Twin Leaf symbol for him. Meanwhile, the parties are getting ready to face the parliamentary elections, 2019.
