He said that he had never promoted any political party to his fans and he expects the same from them. Ajith requests that though his fans belong to different parties, they need not link his name to it. As the same happened a few years ago, Ajith dissolved all his fan clubs.

His request to his fans is: Students should concentrate on their studies, working people should do their duty, abide the law, unity in diversity and caring the health. He also said that he would do his duty as a normal citizen. If his fans want to show their love on him, they could follow this. Ajith strongly stated that he has no interest in politics and he will never force his political idea in others.
