The next film of Thala is also directed by Vinoth and produced by Boney Kapoor. When Vinoth narrated Ajith, a couple of scripts including a political thriller and an action entertainer, Thala chose the action film. The action entertainer has a social issue and a message is expected to be dealt with. The film is scheduled to hit the screens as summer 2020 special.
