Tamizhaga Vaazhvurimai Katchi Leader Velmurugan Released From Puzhal!

Tamizhaga Vaazhvurimai Katchi Leader "T Velmurugan" was arrested for blockading the Tollgate and the Neyveli Lignite Corporation. He had been getting treatment for kidney-related issues. While he was in the hospital, the cops arrested him. He applied for anticipatory bail and today, he was granted the bail and is now out from Puzhal. Velmurugan had been taking part in almost all the protests right from the Jallikattu issue. Recently, he joined with “P Bharathiraja” and the other directors including “Ameer,” “Vetrimaaran,” Ram Subramaniam, who started a social movement and protested for the Cauvery issue. Before taken to court, Velmurugan said that he was kept in a hall for a night, without electricity.
