Shruthi Raj Hunting For Another Thulasi Role

Shruthi Raj or Popular known as Thulasi by all the women of Tamil Nadu says, she wants to do another role like Thulasi. Shruthi Raj became popular when she acted as Thulasi in Thendral. She also acted as Raji in office and is now playing the lead role in Aboorva Ragangal. Though she has acted in couple of films before coming to small screen, it was the Thulasi, who made her shot to fame. Shruthi Raj says, Thulasi is her favorite character close to her heart. People all over Tamil Nadu, stated calling her Thulasi and even the show was called as Thulasi Serial. She says she wants to act in more characters like Thulasi, where the girl is very innocent and has lot of responsibilities, but is regularly insulted and tortured. She says, characters like this sympathize with the elder women in the society and has a greater reach. Though the characters in Office and Abborva Ragangal also have a good reach among the audience, she still wants to do roles like Thulasi.
