,” on 2nd June, a popular FM channel had arranged a live chat show with “S Janaki,” the popular playback singer. It was a live show and Janaki spoke about Ilayaraja. Initially, none doubted the voice. But, many people found out that it was not Janaki. Many of the friends and fans contacted Janaki and asked about her interview. Janaki said that she didn’t have an interview session in the recent days. Later, Janaki called the radio station and asked about this. They apologized for the incident and said that as the person, who called them sounded like Janaki, they run the show. As it was a live show, the RJ couldn’t interrupt. However, the FM people found out that it was not Janaki. They contacted the person and warned him. Yes, it was a guy, who mimicked Janaki.
