Superstar “Rajinikanth” is busy with his next film Kaala Karikalan. The film is directed by “Kabali” director “Pa. Ranjith.” The film is produced by Rajini’s son-in-law “Dhanush.” Kabali, which released last year did a good business in Chennai, Madurai and Coimbatore but had a loss in Trichy and Thanjavur areas. Now, Dhanush is gearing up for the release of his next film, “Velaiilla Pattadhari 2” directed by his sister-in-law, Soundarya Rajinikanth. The film is co-produced by “Kalaipuli S Thanu,” who produced Kabali. Now, the problem is Trichy and Thanjavur distributors hesitate to do business with Thanu for VIP 2, as they had a problem with Kabali. So, VIP 2 release might face a problem in those areas, feel the experts.
