A case has been filed against the Nadigar Sangam that the new building that has been under the construction had encroached the public lands. The Residents Welfare Association filed a case against the Nadigar Sangam building that they have encroached 33 feet public passage. After analyzing the facts, the High court dismissed the case today stating that there is no evidence for the encroachment and there is no hurdle to build the Nadigar Sangam building.
