He is the producer of Mr Chandramouli, directed by “Thiru” and featured by Karthik Muthuraman, Gautham Karthik, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Regina Cassandra and “Sathish.” On Twitter, a fan commented that the overseas theaters are charging high for Kaala Karikalan movie. On seeing this tweet, Dhananjayan tweeted, “My daughter from USA also complained on the ticket price of $27 there @happyselvan. She skipped watching #Kaala there. Why this fleecing mentality among distributors there? Sad. This openly encourages piracy among people there. More audience, reasonable ticket price is ideal.” After seeing this, will the theaters reduce the ticket price and encourage more audiences to the theaters? Kaala, featuring superstar “Rajinikanth” has been collecting well at the box office, despite the mixed response.
