' has released just now and it has vocals by Dhanush himself along with Dhee. Coming out as the first number from Yuvan Shankar Raja for the Maari series, the song is a lazy yet naughty romance track that has naughty beats. There is use of some intricate instruments like electric guitars, mild percussions, saxophones, trumpets and harmonies.
The song has a very usual tune and beat and at the first listen, does not seem that catchy. However, with a superior sound work, the mixing and mastering must be applauded and Yuvan's touch comes in towards the latter half. As of now, Rowdy Baby is a casual listen that might pick up popularity with multiple listens and with the video song. We shall have to wait for the other numbers and the BGM's to see if Maari 2 will have an equal impact that Maari had. Stay tuned.
