recalled the inaugural of “Marudhanayagam”, in front of the queen. This historic film is based on the story of Mohammed Yusuf Khan, an unsung hero in Indian History, who struggled hard for Indian Independence. This story happened a century ago, when the Sepoy Mutiny was considered as the First War of Indian Independence. Mohammed Yusuf Khan was hanged on 13th October 1764 by the British Empire. The queen was here on the same date at “Marudhanayagam” launch. What a coincidence! The dialogues were translated to English and presented to the queen; and she concentrated those sharp dialogues keenly; being a broad minded person, the first lady understood the mankind.
