I Will Not Produce Films - Prabhu Solomon

Prabhu Solomon, who delivered super hit films like, “Kumki” and “Myna,” got a setback with “Thodari.” The film featured by “Dhanush,” Keerthy Suresh and Thambi Ramaiah received mixed responses from the audiences. Meanwhile, the director’s next project titled, “Rupai” with Kayal “Chandran,” “Anandhi” and Chinni Jayanth is gearing up for the release. During the press meet, Prabhu Solomon said that his film didn’t get the expected distribution price. Earlier, Prabhu Solomon produced “Sattai,” featured by “Samuthirakani,” Thambi Ramaiah and Junior Balaiah. He says that the satellite rights of the film had been sold out for a whopping amount of Rs. 1.25 Cr. But, his current venture didn’t get a good amount. So, the director decided not to produce films, hereafter. He said that he will be concentrating only to the scripts and has decided to leave the production department to the professional producers.
