He told that he had not changed anything in the script for Karthi, but added some scenes to bring out Karthi’s acting potential. Lokesh also stated that he already told Karthi that this is the script and Karthi too accepted it. Lokesh had not included any entertainment scenes and heroine for Karthi. Lokesh also stated that he had never wanted to exclude women character in his movies but it happened. He also informed that Kaithi is based on a woman character, but without showing the character he wanted to impress the audience with emotional sequences and that's why he didn't engage any heroine to the movie. He also discussed with Karthi about some scenes, added Lokesh.
