First Time On TV.... Mersal For Onam!

“Mersal,” the super hit film directed by Atlee Kumar has Thalapathy “Vijay” in the lead role. For the first time in his career, Vijay played triple roles. Nithya Menen played the wife of elder Vijay and Samantha Akkineni and Kajal Aggarwal paired the younger versions of Vijay. Director SJ Surya played the villain. “A R Rahman” composed the music. Mersal is the first film in Vijay’s career to collect Rs. 250 crores worldwide. The latest information is that the Malayalam version of the film will be premiered on Asianet as Onam special on 19th August at 4: 30 pm. At present, Vijay has been busy shooting his “Sarkar” directed by “A R Murugadoss” and the shooting has been going at a brisk pace in Las Vegas, US.
