K Sivan, the ISRO Chief informed that ISRO has been planning to launch the 1st human spaceflight mission. They are trying to launch it before the 75th year of Indian independence. Hence, they target it by December 2021. Before launching this project, they will launch two unmanned missions. ISRO has been coordinating with NASA for Nasa-Isro synthetic aperture radar mission. This coordination is for remote sensing and to understand the earth’s natural process. The mission might be launched in 2022, stated the ISRO Chief. Dr Sivan also stated that a project might be planned with Japan.
