EPS Government Escapes! 18 MLAs’ Disqualification Case Verdict Pronounced!

Justice Sathyanarayanan delivered his verdict in 18 MLAs disqualification case. He pronounced the verdict that the MLAs’ Disqualification is valid and the Assembly Speaker’s order is legal. As the MLAs are remained disqualified, they couldn’t threaten “” government and he would continue as the CM of the state, say some political sources. Already the case had received two judgments and both are contradictory; one is by Sundar and the other is by Indra Banerjee. Those 18 MLAs supported “.” At present, they are made to stay in Courtalam. The judge also announced that there is no hurdle to host the election for those 18 constituencies. Meanwhile, Dhinakaran stated that he expects more people to his party and he will discuss with the MLAs and announce his decision.
