When he was about to release the film, Singaravadivelan, a producer said that he is the producer and had stopped the release as Vimal had borrowed some money from him, but had not returned it. Now, Sarkunam has filed a complaint against Singaravadivelan and Kamran for threatening him and lying that they are the owners of the film. He also said that they are torturing him for the money borrowed by Vimal. Vimal is not the producer of the film, added Sarkunam. He also said that he hadn’t transferred the title right, distribution right or anything related to the movie to Vimal or Singaravadivelan or Kamran. But, they are sending notices through their advocates, even though they don’t have any right in the ownership of the film, stated Sarkunam.
