Ilavarasan, a Dalit youth from Dharmapuri married Divya, who belongs to some other caste.
After Divya had returned to her parents saying that she will not go back to her husband, Ilavarasan was found dead on a railway track.
As per the reports, he had a severe head injury.
Later, the cops said that they had found a four-page suicide note from Ilavarasan, which stated that none is responsible for his death.
This happened in 2013. However, Ilavarasan’s father filed a case in the High Court seeking a CBI inquiry to probe into the death of his son.
But, the Madras High Court announced the verdict that Ilavarasan’s death is a suicide.
