CG Work Plays A Main Role In Rum!

“Rum” is the upcoming horror thriller film that stars “Hrishikesh” of Velai Illa Pattadhari fame, Sanchita Shetty of Soodhu Kavvum, “Vivek,” Miya George and “Narain.” The shooting has been wrapped up and the team has been working on the CG work. Sendhil does the visual effects for the film. He says that they have used high-end CG for Rum. The frame rate if the film is also different from that of the others. While regular films have 24 frames per second, Rum has 48 frames per second. In 48 frames module, the frames will be crisp and clear, says Sendhil. It is closer to what we see with our eye in real. The trailer of the film has been worked out. A Two-minute trailer will be released soon, says Sendhil. Deadeye technology is used to enhance the visual quality. “S Shankar” used the technology for “Boys” and “Anniyan” and Kamal Haasan has used in “Vishwaroopam.”
