Prameela is a dietitian by profession. Rupini was one among the leading actresses in the South in the late 80s and the early 90s. Soon after marrying Mohankumar, she settled in the family life and quit the cinema. Rupini and Mohan has a daughter.

Born as Komal Mahuvakar in Mumbai in a Gujarati family, Rupini was made an actress by Hrishikesh Mukherjee Hrishikesh Mukherjee is a film director, writer an >> Read More... . Hrishikesh spotted her at an event and sought the permission from Kantilal, Rupini’s dad, a lawyer. After his permission, she started her career in Bollywood films as a child artist. Later, she dazzled well in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada film industries.
