Superstar Rajinikanth started working for Magnum Opus 2.0 with Director Shankar, in the city recently. This first schedule will complete by 31st December evening, and Superstar will resume shooting for Pa.Ranjith's Kabali after a short break. The makers are currently in talks with 6 Eastern actors for the main antagonist role.
Source informs us that the representatives from production house met 6 artists namely Chinese star Jet Li, Dennie Yen (IP Man series), Simon Yam (Lara Croft Tomb Raider : The Cradle of Life), wWnston Chao (Zhong Kui : Snow Girl and The Dark Crystal), Chow Yun Fat (Pirates of the Caribbean : At World's End) and Jaing Wen (Gone with the Bullets) in the past couple of weeks. However, Let Ji is their preferred choice, and the team is looking for available dates; anyone from the list will be zeroed within the end of this month.
Kalaipuli S Dhanu under V Creations produces Kabali. Rajinikanth is playing mafia don while Radika Apte is his wife. This action thriller is set to release in May 2016. Stay Tuned for more.
