There have been a number of movies emerging of late in Kannada cinema. The movie Nuggekayi is about how destiny takes over the life of an individual. The movie happens to be the first one for which the name of a vegetable is given as the title Nugge Kaayi. The movie happens to center the youth and how they develop friendship through Facebook. The movie Nugge Kaayi happens to come out with a message and it happens to be the name of the movie hero. Diganth happens to be a student and he has number of pranks. After marriage, he turns into a responsible person.
There is an issue which amounts to Rs 50 lakhs and he loses his sanity. At that juncture, a girl comes into his life and he is forced to give up his wife. There is lot of double meaning in the first half of the movie and there is lot of twist and turn in the second half. The music composition of the movie is by Suresh. The artiste Suchindra Prasad is wonderful in his role as an elder. The movie happens to be a family entertainer.
