It added fuel to the fire and the media people were searching for Yami to answer for Shweta’s comment. When she was spotted at an event, the reporters surrounded her and asked her respond on Shweta’s comment. But, the actress tried to avoid the question. When they screwed her up more and more, the actress replied, "It is such a beautiful occasion, why do you have to ask disgusting questions? I'm not here to reply to these questions. I'm here only to talk about the event." When the reporters started to ask about her relationship with Pulkit Samrat, she called off the interview and moved out.
