Yes, she has adopted a daughter named Laila, who is three years old.

In 2010, the actress adopted a newborn boy named Louis. Now, she is parenting the kids as a single parent. Sandra is caring her children with love and affection. She also feels proud to get her second baby and says that Louis has got a cute sister.

Jesse James was Sandra’s husband. They both split in 2010 and the same year, she adopted Louis. Now, Sandra is single.

When she was questioned about her marriage, she said, she has no idea about that. Sandra’s family photo is printed on the covers of the “People” magazine in the December edition.
