died in an accident while he was travelling in a Porsche Carrera GT. The car was driven by Paul’s friend Roger Rodas. The car crashed into a tree, and both Paul and Roger died on the spot. Both of them were below 40 years. Two years after their death, Paul Walker’s father filed a lawsuit against the car company, stating that the car was not designed to provide safety to the travelers. Similarly, Roger Rodas' wife, Kristine also filed a lawsuit against the same company. Paul’s father stated that the control equipment in the car was not up to the standards. The company responded that they both traveled after knowing the risks and perils. Hope, you could remember that Paul Walker’s daughter Meadow Walker already filed a lawsuit against the company in September.
