Actor Zac Efron, who had been working on Baywatch with The Rock, had suffered from a very embarrassing moment on the set when he fell down flat on his face trying to shoot the classic Baywatch Run down on the beach with other co-stars.
It became hard for him to keep his balance upright while attempting the run along the beach, he slipped and fell. Later the actor shared his picture on Twitter as the proof of a hilarious moment on the set.
