has decided to take ‘The Leap’ and move to Australia to raise his family in his native place, from now on. This decision has, in turn, caused him to give up two of his beautiful homes in Los Angeles. But he has also bagged a good $2.6 million!
Chris has sold his Malibu home, which shuts down on Monday and is a good 6,800 sq.ft with five bedrooms worth $4.8 million and Point Dume spot, for $7million to the new buyers. As for the other, which is a considerably smaller home in Santa Monica, with two bedrooms, it has been sold to his agent, Ryan Davis, for $1.25million.
So our beloved Thor is packed, loaded and ready for ‘the land of wonder home’.
