1. Bajrangi Bhaijaan

The performance of the actors, screenplay, sweeping visuals adds credit to the movie. Salman's character in the movie is made more endearing and real. The child star Harshali's performance was mesmerizing. The movie was directed by Kabir Khan, and it was released on 17th of July.

2. Baahubali

This is the first South Indian Movie to be on the blockbuster top 10 hit list of theatrical release across India. It is ranked as the third highest-grossing film in India. It has earned a gross total of ₹600 crore worldwide. The less complex story line, fantastic visual effects, brilliant performance of the actors, the grandiose and spectacular setting all blended together to crown the success of the movie. Bahubali movie was directed by S. S. Rajamouli and was released on 10th of July.

3. Prem Ratan Dhan Payo

Prem Ratan Dhan Payo (PRDP) is a perfect entertainer film. PRDP has been released just two weeks back, and it has already smashed the box office. PRDP has collected ₹184 crore within two weeks of its release. It's been predicted to cross the ₹200 crore list. The movie was directed by Sooraj R. Barjatya and was released on 12th of November.

4. Jurassic World

Directed by Collin Trevorrow, Jurassic World is the fourth film in the Jurassic Park series. Being an adventurous movie, it was released on June 12th and drew a lot of family audience to the movie. The movie has grossed ₹100 crore in India. At worldwide the movie has made a box office collection of ₹3373 crore. This is ranked as the first highest-grossing film in 2015. The major success of the movie is because of the visual effects with its photorealistic computer-generated dinosaurs in Jurassic Park.

5. Fast and Furious 7

Fast and Furious 7 is the seventh in the sequence of Fast and Furious Series, directed by James Van. This has made a worldwide gross of ₹3140 crore. Furious Seven is ranked as the second highest-grossing film of 2015. In India, it has grossed close to ₹100 crore. Just like its predecessors it leaves the audience awe-struck with the stunning action sequence and the dazzling array of a car chase. 6. Tanu Weds Manu Returns

Tanu Weds Manu Returns (TWMR) is a romantic comedy movie, directed by Anand L. Rai. TWMR is a sequel of Tanu Weds Manu (2011). TWMR has earned ₹252 crore including the overseas total. 7. Avengers: Age of Ultron

In India, it stands with a collection of ₹74 crore. 'I' is a Tamil romantic thriller movie. Shankar, the director of the movie, is known for making successful high budget commercial movies. 9. Srimanthudu

Srirmanthudu, a Telugu movie with lead stars like Mahesh Babu and Shruti Haasan is a blockbuster hit. The good blend of a promising story line and commercial elements, which was directed by Koratala Siva, made it a big hit. The richness of the movie also added value to its success. This movie made a total gross of ₹200 crore, and made its release on August 7th.

10. Kanchana 2

Kanchana 2 (Muni 3) is a Tamil horror comedy movie. This is the third part of the Muni series. After the grand success of Kanchana (Muni 2), there were quite a number of comedy horror movies released in Tamil film industry. Being a sequel movie, Kanchana 2 was not much convincing as Kanchana (Muni 2). Though the movie has mixed critics, it made a gross of ₹118 crore worldwide, which was released on 17th April.
