Her favorite TV serial was ‘ Priyanka’ and she likes sky blue & white colours very much. She is an active member of Artists Association of Telugu Television.

Laasya is an Indian actress and anchor. She was born on 27th August. She is popular for hosting Telugu TV shows like Something Special on Maa Music and several other shows on other channels like Maa TV, Zee Telugu, Gemini TV, etc. Laasya hails from Tirupathi in Andhra Pradesh and lives in Hyderabad in Telangana. She studied Electronics and Communication from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology in Hyderabad. Laasya married Manjunath Chillale on 15th February 2017. They also appeared on Dhee Jodi in February 2017. The couple appeared on Frankly With TNR five days before their wedding. In 2009, Laasya made her television debut with Gemini TV despite disapproval from her parents. In 2011, Lasya hosted Something Special, which later changed to Everything Special, on Maa Music alongside co-host anchor Ravi. Laasya and Ravi also co-hosted the show Mondi Mogudu Penki Pellam on Zee Telugu, a game show where couples were invited to test their love with games and comedy show Family Circus on Zee Telugu on 19th July 2014 onwards. Laasya received the Zee Kutumbam Award under Best Anchor category in 2014. She hosted a dance show for kids called Dhee Juniors on ETV. Laasya’s first short film was Advaitha directed by Prema Malini in 2014. After that, she acted in Telugu short film Pove Pora directed by Prathyusha Vennela which released on 20th April 2016. Laasya did a minor role in director Ramesh Varma’s Abbayitho Ammayi which released on 1st January 2016. She will play the main role in the upcoming Telugu feature film Raja Meeru Keka directed by Krishna Kishore. On 4th February 2017, she appeared on Jilmore Animuthaylu on TV5 to promote the film. She also appeared on Jackpot on Gemini TV with her co-stars Revanth and Noel on 26th February 2017.
