Sneha Reddy is the daughter of a rich businessman, Mr. K C Reddy who is into the business of pharmaceuticals and Engineering and is also an educationalist and the chairman of SCIENT Institute of Technology situated in Ibrahimpatnam at Hyderabad. She shot to fame because of the hype generated around the wedding by the media. Her popularity increased after her marriage to Allu Arjun. She was born in Hyderabad and lived there for many years. She did her schooling from Hyderabad as well. She then got her graduation degree in B.Tech with Electronics and Communication Engineering. She completed her post graduation and got her degree in masters degree in Computer Science from some college in the United States.

After returning back from the States, she has devoted her time to support her father and his cause at the SCIENT Institute of Technology. She was, after completing her education, made the director of Academic Placement Cell. In that duration, she has inspired young and budding talents, providing mentorship to make them succeed in life. She has also worked as the Editor-in-Chief for the college magazine Spectrum and takes active part in all its events and functions of that college. She first met Allu Arjun, a celebrated Telugu actor at the wedding of their common friend. From there began their Bollywood-esq love story.

For Allu Arjun, they say, it was love at first sight, but Sneha Reddy took time for their relationship to mature. They later tied the knot at a lavish and big scale wedding ceremony.
