airing on Sun Tv. Krithika Krishnan did her schooling from St. Francis High School, Hyderabad and also went to St. Francis College for Women. She has also worked in Capgemini for a few years. Initially, she did a few modelling assignments on a part-time basis. In 2006, she did her acting debut in the Tamil serial

. Krithika played the role of Shylaja. She also played the female lead in season 1 of the Tamil fantasy-thriller serial Keladi Kanmani. The serial is directed by P. Selvam and O. N. Rathnam. Krithika played the role of Maya, a mentally unstable woman who is married to Yugendran, played by another TV actor Arnav. Krithika was much appreciated for her amazing portrayal of a mentally challenged woman. In 2011, she made her film debut by playing the female lead in the Telegu romantic movie Cheta Venna Mudda, released on 26 August 2011. It was directed by Rohit S. Abyuday and starred Krishnudu and Altaaf.
Apart from these, Krithika also did a few commercial advertisements. She participated in the Tamil game show

She is currently looking for upcoming projects in the South Indian TV industry.
