Sthanam Narasimha Rao is also known as Sthanam, born on 23 September 1902 in Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh, India to father Hanumantha Rao and mother Ademma. He was an Indian actor by profession. He works, preferably for the Telugu theatre and Telugu cinemas. In the year 1956, he been was honored with Padma Sri award.
Then in the year 1962, he was again honored with another award, named Sangeet Natak Akademi Award. Sthanam was well-known for his role as Satyabhama. He died in 21st February 1971. He did more than 1.5k performances in his life time. He did movies like Satyabhama, Radha Krishna etc.
