She acquired her Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing and Finance from the Fordham University, New York and worked for more than six years in the arena of PR and advertising. But this was not the end of her passionate chase for glory and stardom. So she came back to Mumbai to try her luck in the Bollywood film industry. But before Bollywood, the Telugu film industry acknowledged and welcomed her talent resulting in the movies Kick and Guiana 1838. Apart from her admirable work in the movies, Aasheekaa has also achieved considerable success in the professional field of business management. She is the entrepreneur and founder at her own brand Venue-Find that is the one-stop destination for people looking for venues to plan their events.

It is Aasheekaa’s dream to market her brand Venue Find in such a way that people begin using it to find locations while planning their events instead of using Google search. Before venturing out to create her own firm, Aasheekaa had worked for several years at different companies in New York and developed extensive skills in the fields of business development, hospitality management, luxury products, media, and entertainment.

Her job roles included that of Senior Marketing Intern at BDO Services Pvt. Ltd. in New York in 2007; Assistant Vice President: Marketing and Sales at Samira Habitats India Ltd. in Mumbai in 2012 and Brand Manager at Argentum Jewels in Mumbai in 2013. Aasheekaa has also worked as the Marketing Manager at Stone and Strand in New York in 2014 and Sales Co-ordinator at Hersha Hospitality in New York in 2015.

Aasheekaa’s hobbies include games like field hockey and soccer, and she has a lot of interest in technology, food, philosophy and travelling. It is also Aasheekaa’s wish to continue her work in the movie industry as a writer or producer even after her career as an actress comes to a standstill.
