While making her debut in her first Telugu movie, ‘Love you Bangaram’, she was a final year student of an Engineering and Technology Institute, based in Hyderabad.

After missing from the camera for a long period of time, she took a bold step to feature as a leading star in Tollywood. In the film, ‘Love you Bangaram’, Sravya played the role of Meenakshi, who is a housewife. Her next project was ‘'Kai Raja Kai' (2015), in which she played the daughter of an MLA who gets close to Ram Khanna and Maanas. Both characters were strikingly different from each other in her two appeared films. The actress earned kudos for her powerful child role in all Telugu movies, but she is yet to earn the same kudos now, as a leading heroine. Although her first movie, ‘Love You Bangaram’, gave her more prominent roles, her second film did not place her in the spotlight.
