Vajja Venkata Giridhar

Vajja Venkat Giridhar, a Tollywood actor, was born on 1st June 1980. He has been part of the Telugu film industry since 1998 and has been a part of various films. Giridhar hails from West Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh, and moved to Hyderabad in the early 90's, during his college days.

His father was in the police force, which compelled him to travel a lot, and for that reason, Giridhar had to live in a hostel during his school days. After moving to Hyderabad, he decided that he wanted to get into the film industry as an actor. Giridhar met several directors through his cousin, Prabhu, who was classmates with Chandra Siddhartha. Dasarath among others. Giridhar did not have a godfather, but directors and writers like Gopi Mohan have been a tremendous support to him. He has had a steady pace in the industry, though most of it has been small roles, he has appeared in 60-70 films.

He has also been a part of the 2018 movies Subrahmanyapura, Amar Akbar Anthony as Chetan Sharma, Rangasthalam 1995 as Abbulu, Touch Chesi Chudu as Mallesh Yadav.

In the 2017 movies, Giridhar has appeared in Patel S.I.R as C.I. Shekhar Chandra, and Duvvada Jagannadham. He has also been part of the 2016 films Hyper, Babu Bangaram, and Nannaku Prematho as Giri.
