Ahuti Prasad

Ahuti Prasad was a popular character actor in the Telugu film industry. He was born in the year 1958 in Krishna district in Andhra Pradesh. His original name was Adusumilli Janardhan Vara Prasad. His parents were Ranga Rao and Hymavati.

His debut movie was directed by his mentor V. Madhusudhan Rao. He has done lots of character roles and played villains in many movies. Apart from acting, he has also worked as an assistant director for Madhusudhan Rao. After acting in the film ‘Ahuti’, he started getting called by the name Ahuti Prasad.

He has received the Nandi Award twice; once for Best Villain and once for Best Character Actor.
