Gautham Kashyap is a famous dialogue and screenplay writer from India. He was born and brought up in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. He completed his schooling at Z.P.H. School, Donkarayi. He went to Acharya Nagarjuna University for his B.A. in economics and Telugu literature. He did his M.A. in Economics at Hindu College and another M.A. in Telugu Literature at Presidency College, Chennai. He always had a shift towards writing and films. After completing his education, he worked as a screenwriter.
