Nagaraju Gandham was an acclaimed dialogue, novel, and play writer. He was born and brought up in Narasaraopet, Andhra Pradesh. His father Gandham Yaghavalkya Sarma, was also a famous writer. He started his film career as a scriptwriter with the play ‘President Perayya’ a hit. This motivated and inspired him to continue his hard work in this field. Apart from this, he also wrote dialogues for some renowned Telugu films like ‘Baanam’, ’Inko Saari’, ‘Betting Bangarraju’ and ‘Gaayam 2’. He also co-authored the dialogues for an award-winning film ‘Southa Vooru’.
One of his plays is based on his real-life experience while he was serving as a principal-in-charge at a college in Khammam. Director Krish Krish a.k.a.
