A contestant is a person who participates in a competition or a game show on Television. There are various programs on different TV channels that call out to the audience or viewers to participate in them. The program can be a quiz show, a singing show, a dancing show or simply a game show. While many see it as a chance to gain fame, for most contestants it is a platform to exhibit their talent to the world, explore opportunities and win attractive prize money.
