Sikkil Gurucharan is an Indian musician and vocalist who have done several albums in the Tamil music industry. Sikkil was born on 21 June 1982 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He is trained in Karnataka Sangita, who has also got the talent passed to him in his genes. Sikkil is the grandson of Sikkil Kunjumani who is one of the world-famous Sikkil Sister duos. He got his talent polished under the guidance of gurus such as Vaigal Shri S. Gnanaskandan and Shri B. Krishnamurthy. Sikkil is an A-grade All India radio singer and makes several programs for the radio station. He started singing professionally in the year 1995 and is active in the field.
When he was five years old, his tonal quality, and perfect notes impressed his grandmother Sikkil Kunjumani, and she decided to make him a singer. He belonged to a family with a music background as her grandmother was a great flute player, and it was passed to almost every other members of the family.
