P.C Shivan is an Indian Music Director, Composer, and Producer at the Tamil and Telegu Film industry. He is also a Singer, Songwriter, and Performer. At the age of four, he began showing an interest in music. He was a music prodigy. He discovered the notations to some of Ilayaraja’s toughest compositions all by himself at the mere age of four. He graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT-Madras) in Aerospace Engineering. However, he left his bright career in engineering to pursue his love and passion for Music.
Known for his musical versatility and soulful music with creativity and depth, he is making his presence felt in the industry. His debut song was for a short film named Gulli Danda(2010). In the same year, his work was highly appreciated in the songs of the movie Chapter 6 and Bhayam Ariyaan. His biggest hits so far have been from the movie Thottal Thodarum(2015) for which his work was widely acclaimed. He also composed songs for movies like Thief and Wind-chime(short film)(2015), Ka Ka Ka Po(2016), Kaadhal Munnetra Kazhagam(2019). His songs have been a trendsetter in the industry.
