Late M.R. Radha was a famous film actor. He was born on 14th April 1907 and his real name was 'Madras Rajagopala Radhakrishnan Naidu'. He was also given a title for his acting prowess, "Nadigavel". He started doing stage shows at the age of 10 and with the growing years, he also grew his acting career. He gained popularity with a play Ratha Kanneer.
After this, he became a big name, and everyone knew him. He was aesthetic and was known for his views on this. He had played both comedy and villain roles in his life. He left his home in early age as he fought with her mother for an extra piece of fish and she had declined due to financial problems. He had three wives and three children.

and Raadhika Sarathkumar are his son and daughter respectively. M.R. Radha was imprisoned for shooting a producer M. G. Ramachandran. In this shooting incident, he had hurt himself too. They both were admitted to the same hospital in which Radha survived, but Ramachandran lost his life. Later on, he was imprisoned for killing Ramachandran. After his release from jail, he died of severe jaundice on 17 September 1979. He had over 200,000 mourners paying respect to him on hid funeral making it one of the biggest possession in South India.
