Alkhas Joseph is a Fitness Trainer from India, who mainly gives training to the South Indian Film Celebrities. Alkhas was born on 27 December in Chennai, India. He currently lives in India. He completed his Master's in Physical Fitness. Alkhas has an experience over 15 years in the Fitness Field. He was very heavy during his childhood, so he joined a gym and reduced his weight from 85 kgs to 75 kgs under the guidance of his trainer 'Satyajit Chaurasia'. Alkhas has many clients like Students, Sportsmen, doctors and Business owners etc in several gyms in Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai. In 2011, He also appeared on the cover page of Health Magazine 'Men's Health ' as a Fitness Icon. Alkhas also loves to Cook, Drive and Travel.
